What kind of exercises should I do to lose my belly fat? Workout plan? Diet?

Background info-
Well I’m 14 (male) and I exercise regulary and I do sports. I’ve been exercising for about 2 years. But I still have a big belly or known as a pot belly and I’m sick of it. What do I do? Run more? Longer? I’ve always sucked in my stomach to look a little thinner.
