Am I on the road to fast weight loss?
Saturday, September 10th, 2011I’m 15 and 5’8 and recently have gained alot of weight. For breakfast I had exactly 1 small bowl of special k cereal and for lunch I had a few grapes and a fist size piece of fresh salmon. I went on an hour bike ride this morning and I exercise twice a day, and I go to a gym. I’m doing all this to get in shape for modeling. Am I on the road to good and fast weight loss? I weigh 140
Maybe and maybe not. It hits unhealthy when you go under 126lbs. But eatting and exercising like that could turn into anorexia. Eat more an hour before a work out and you ll still be burning of weight but therell still be some that your body will feed on if your not getting the proper diet. Celery also cancels out calories so you can eat celery after a
meal. Just eat more and keep exerxising.
